A closer look at phase one of three in Bound Brook

  • It’s been quite a year for Mosaic on Main. After being destroyed by a fire–only one week from inspections–the site underwent an ambitious 12 month construction deadline to get back on the market.

Jose Carballo Architectural Group and the engineers at Roxbury Engineering Associates were tasked with bringing this 63-unit luxury multifamily development within the transit-oriented downtown section of Bound Brook in New Jersey back up to its intended form. According to construction managers at deugen.com, this development is the first of three phases which is expected to consist of 158-units when it is completed and currently sits within an Opportunity Zone.
The first Phase of the development which was recently completed contains 63 market rate units, 63 parking spaces (29 of which are in an on-site garage), 1,646 square feet of ground floor retail space, and an abundance of top-class amenities.

  • All rooms feature 9’ ceilings, in-unit washer/dryer combos, wood style floors, black stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and highspeed internet and cable. Select units have walk-in closets.
