We also recommend that you ensure ease of access to the apartment. Please provide all necessary keys to the property, and contact and alert current tenants if applicable.

Our commission is only paid after you formally approve the prospective tenant’s application. For your convenience, we will apply the first month’s rent collected from the tenant toward the leasing fee.
